Luton Borough Council has given permission for the customers at The Barrels to smoke outside (in the designated smoking area) after 10 p.m.

 

Customers are not allowed to take their drinks outside, but at least they can go outside and smoke.  RESULT

 

Marquee

Planning permission is being sought for a small structure to be erected in the garden.

 

This will replace the marquee that is currently used as a smoking solution. (up until 10 p m)
